SOCO Hockey Club ● Home ●
SOCO Hockey Club is a dedicated female only ice hockey organization operating out of Monument Ice Rinks in Monument, Colorado. We support female athletes from all over the state of Colorado and beyond. We offer a broad range of opportunities for girls from learn to skate programs up to competitive Tier II Hockey Teams. SOCO Hockey Club offers year round training both on and off the ice. Currently, we offer teams at the 8U, 10U, 12U, 14UAA, and 16U levels for the 2026/2027.
Our Mission
SOCO Hockey Club is dedicated to developing confident, resilient female athletes through the game of hockey. From a player’s first step on the ice to Tier II competition, we provide a positive, high-energy environment focused on skill development, teamwork, accountability, and character. Through passionate coaching and a commitment to long-term athlete development, we strive to help every player grow both on and off the ice.
We are the SOCO Standard!
Strong Leaders
We are Strong Leaders,
We demonstrate strength through our resilience, discipline and determination. We embrace challenges, persevere through adversity and maintain a positive mindset. True strength is shown not only in how we compete on the ice, but in how we support our teammates, handle setbacks and grow as individuals every day.
Outwork
Who Outwork the competition,
By managing that which we control. We control our mental attitude, we control our work ethic, we control our consistency, and we control our ability to show up each and every day. We are consistent in our approach, resilient when pushed out of our comfort zones, and we strive to out work the person we were yesterday.
Culture
Inclusion and commitment are our Culture,
We ensure all our teammates, parents, coaches, and support staff feel valued, safe, and respected. We are committed to supporting each other both on and off the ice. There is only one team in SOCO Hockey Club...and we are all on the same team.
Opportunity
We show gratitude for every Opportunity,
Through our actions, both on and off the ice, we make it known how thankful we are to play this great sport, be a part of something bigger than ourselves, and give back without expecting anything in return. We recognize the opportunities afforded to us through the sport of hockey and embrace our responsibility to give back to those around us.
